摘　　要：骨质疏松症是老年人的常见病和多发病,其最大的危害是导致骨折的发生,这已经引起了医学研究者的普遍关注,近几年对骨质疏松症的研究很多,但是专门针对骨质疏松所导致的髋部骨折的研究还需要进一步深入。笔者从实验研究、临床研究等方面,对近年来有关骨质疏松性髋部骨折的研究现状作一简单综述。Osteoporosis is a common and frequently-occurring disease of the elderly, and its greatest hazard lies in leading to the occurrence of fractures, which has attracted medical researchers＇ widespread concern. In recent years a lot of research on osteoporosis has been conducted. However, further study should be done with regards to osteoporotic hip fractures. This writer sums up the current status on osteoporotic hip fractures from experimental research and clinical research.
