摘　　要：采用政治学的结构分析方法和历史学的文献分析方法,探究辽金元廉政制度的特殊性因素,分析这一时期吏治腐败和政治动荡的深层原因,研究表明,辽金元廉政建设属于"粗放型",并认为造成这种状况的根源在于辽金元政权在军事获胜后没有完成向"文治"的转变,但在客观上清理了中原政权长期积累的繁文缛节弊端。The aim is to explore the special political factors of the Liao, Jin and Yuan Dynasties and to analyze the deep reasons of official corruption and political turbulence. Through structural analysis of political science and litera- ture of history, it is concluded that the construction of clean and honest government system is in an extensive way and the root of this system is that after winning power in the military those dynasties did not turn to the rules of poli- tics,in order to objectively clear off the red tape defects of Han regime over a long period.
