摘　　要：文中主要介绍了SJ9000风机振动增加时,利用故障诊断技术进行分析处理,通过振动波型和频谱分析,可以判定此次振动主要由风机转子不平衡引起的,采用增加动刚变和减小激振动2种方法来降低风机振幅。The paper mainly introduces the use of breakdown diagnosis technology deal with SJ9000 air blower vibration as it increasing. Through the analysis of vibration wave and spectrum, we can judge that this vibration mainly caused by the imbalance of rotor. We can reduce the swing with two kinds of methods： increment of variety and reducing of vibration.
