摘　　要：通过对当前体育界"80后"运动员出现的问题进行分析,提出加强德法兼治、保证运动员合法权利和正确处理好运动员集体主义与个人正当利益的关系是新时期管理运动员的根本策略,为我国体育事业可持续发展提供有益参考。After an analysis of the problems arising in post-80s; athletes in the sports field, the author argues that strengthening moral and legal administration, guaranteeing the athletes; lawful rights as well as dealing properly with the conflict between the concept of collectivism and the individual＇s legal profit are essential managerial strategies in the new era. These are helpful suggestions for the healthy development of China＇s sports cause.
