On Thermoregulatory Responses and Physiological Changes of Undergraduates during Moderate Exercises under the Heat Environment

摘  要:为探讨大学生热环境下运动的热调节能力和生理变化情况。将18名男性大学生自愿者随机分为热环境运动组(HE组)和室温对照组(NE组),以55%VO2max强度分别在38±1℃和26±1℃环境下(相对湿度皆为73%±3%)进行60min功率自行车运动。每15min测定两组HR、RPE值和直肠温度,统计热环境下HR和RPE的相关关系;测定两组运动前后的体重变化、总出汗率、总出汗量、血尿素和疲劳指数。结果得出:两组被试运动15min HR、RPE组间差异不显著,但30min后HE组HR、RPE值显高于NE组并持续到运动结束;热环境下HR与RPE呈高度相关(r=0.839,P<0.01);运动过程中,NE组Tre低于HE组,运动30min后差异愈发明显;运动前后NE组体重丢失、总出汗量、总出汗率均低于HE组(P<0.05),BUN和FI明显低于HE组(P<0.01)。结论为:热环境下运动对HR、RPE、Tre的刺激更为深刻,并且体重丢失、脱水更为严重,更易导致肌体疲劳。Objectives:This study probes into the thermoregulatory ability and physiological changes of undergraduates when they exercise under heat environment. Methods: 18 male student volunteers were randomly assigned into heat environment exercise group (HE Group) and normal environment exercise group(NE Group). The 2 groups were required to perform 60min of cycling exercise by 55%VO2 max intensity in the environment of 38 ±1℃ and 26 ±1℃ respectively (73% ± 3% Relative Humidity). The subjects' HR, RPE and Tre were recorded every 15min,and the Pearson coefficient of HR and RPE under heat environment was calculated. Meanwhile, the weight change, total sweat volume,total sweat loss rate,blood urea and fatigue index of the 2 groups before and after protocol exercises were noted. Results:There's no significant difference of HR and RPE in first 15min between the two groups. But after subjects exercise 30min, HE group's HR,RPE score is significantly higher than NE group's,and this trend is preserved until finish. There's affinity coefficient between H R and RPE(r= 0.839, P〈0.05) under heat environment. In the initial stage of exercise, NE group's Tre is less than HE group's, and the difference becomes more obvious after 30min. The weight loss, total sweat loss rate and total sweat loss volume of NE group is less than HE group's(P〈0.05) before and after exercise. Similarly,NE group's BUN and FI is significantly less than HE group's. Conclusion:There's more profound effect on the marker of HR,RPE,Tre when subjects exercise under heat environment. And the subjects seem apt to get weight loss, fatigued and dehydrated.
