摘　　要：目的对研制的《卫生村建设与验收技术规范》进行科学性与可行性研究。方法采用现场环境卫生学调查与可行性研究相结合的方法。结果本标准规定了卫生村规划与选址的卫生要求;住宅建设与验收技术规范;卫生村供水、排水的卫生要求与验收技术规范;卫生村卫生设施建设的卫生要求与验收技术规范;卫生村考核与验收主要指标。结论该标准科学、可行。发布与实施后,可使我省卫生村建设与验收技术工作率先纳入法制化管理轨道。Objective Establish ＂Hygienic Village Construction and Approval Technology Standard＂ in order to control the direct and indirect harm of natural and man - made harmful factors to human health. Method Both the examination of environment and health situation in the locale and the investigation of feasibility were applied. Results This standard provided the health requirement of the programming and location of hygienic village ; the technological standard of hygienic village construction and approval to its construction; the health requirement and approval technology standard of water supply and water drain in hygienic village; the health requirement and approval technology standard of the construction of sanitary facilities in hygienic village; the major guide lines for examination and approval of hygienic village. Conclusion The publishing and execution of this standard will take the leading in putting the construction of hygienic village and approval technology work in our province into the way of law management.
