摘　　要：高校要构建大学生党员发展工作长效机制,必须加强对入党积极分子的培养和教育,引导他们树立正确的入党动机,同时完善规章制度,规范发展程序,确保大学生党员发展质量。It is a fundamental task of party building in institutes of higher learning to develop the party members among the young college students. Every party branch should strengthen its work on cultivating and guiding students to have correct intentions. Meanwhile, it is necessary to improve the regulations and systems, regulate the procedures for development of student party member so that the quality of student party member is garanteed.
