摘 要:城市防震减灾工作关系到经济建设和社会发展,对城市承受地震灾害能力进行科学合理的评估并有针对性的加强其薄弱环节是减轻城市地震灾害的有效方法之一。但城市防震减灾能力评估是一个涉及到社会、人文、管理等学科的系统工程,因此建立一个符合该系统特点和客观规律的评估体系就需要综合各学科知识,考虑各种社会影响因素,就此问题进行了进一步的探讨,完善了城市防震减灾能力评估的理论体系框架。Urban earthquake disaster reduction is related to economic construction and social development,scientific and rational assessments of the city's ability for withstanding seismic disasters and for strengthening its weak links are one of the effective ways to reduce the urban earthquake disaster.But the capacity assessment of the urban earthquake disaster reduction is a process that involves social,cultural and management engineering disciplines,therefore the establishment of a system with the characteristics and objective appraisal requires comprehensive knowledge of all subjects and considers many social factors.This paper further explores the issue and improves the theoretical framework of the city's ability of the earthquake disaster reduction.
