笑气镇痛下超声引导输卵管通液术临床分析

摘　　要：目的:评价笑气镇痛下超声引导输卵管通液术对不孕诊的诊断价值。方法:对600例继发不孕诊患者进行改良输卵管通液术,随机分为吸入笑气的实验组和无麻醉下的传统组各300例,术中用超声诊断仪动态直接显示出输卵管的通畅情况及盆腔液性暗区的弥散情况,分别记录输卵管的通畅度和患者的疼痛程度。结果:笑气麻醉下进行此手术患者比传统方法痛苦程度轻,术者能顺利完成检查,输卵管通畅性检查的准确性提高。结论:该方法安全简便,无创伤,通液时清醒合作,排除了患者因疼痛及紧张情绪而导致的输卵管痉挛的假阳性,B超引导无辐射,诊断准确率高,尤其适宜于基层医院开展。Objective： The aim of the study was to estimate the diagnostic value of ultrasound - guided hydrotubation with nitrous oxide inhalation in infertile women. Method： 600 cases of secondary infertility patients underwent modified hydrotubation were randomly divided into two groups： experiment group with nitrous oxide inhalation and control group without any analgesia. The condition of tubal passage and the diffusion of fluid in pelvic cavity were monitored real - time by ultrasound. Patients＇ache score and degree of tubal passage were observed. Result： The procedures of ultrasound - guided hydrotubation in all patients were carried out successfully. Patients＇ ache score in experiment group were lower than that in control group. The accuracy rating of tubal passage was improved by nitrous oxide inhalation. Conclusion： Ultrasound - guided hydrotubation with nitrous oxide inhalation is a safe, convenience and mini - invasive method for examination of female sterility, with low false positive of tubal blockage.
