摘 要:利用浸渍还原法在Nafion117离子交换膜上制备银汞合金Nafion膜电极,考察了制备电极的主要因素,通过研究得到了浸渍还原法制备银汞合金Nafion膜电极的优化条件为:氯化汞浓度0.005mol/L,用浓度为0.1mol/L Na_2S_2O_3络合,80%下浸渍40min,用浓度1%(wt)的SnCl_2做还原剂,还原时间2h,所制备的电极电阻较小,银汞结合比较致密,主要分布在膜的内表面。将制备的电极进行电化学性能评价,研究表明银汞比为1:1的电极对苯加氢的催化活性最高,同时生成环己烷的电流效率较高为39.68%,电极具有较好的活性及选择性。The preparation of silver amalgam Nation membrane electrodes by impregnation-reduction method was studied in the paper. The optimal parameters of preparation for silver amalgam Nation membrane are as follows: 10 mL 0.005mol/ L HgC12 solution was complexed with 100mL 0. lmol/L Na2S2O3, impregnating the membrane at 80℃ for 40 minutes, then putting the membrane into 1% SnC12 solution, reduction at 20℃ for 2 hours. The electrode prepared by the method of impregnation-reduction has low surface resistance and compact crystal, which is mainly deposited on the inner side of the membrane' s surface. The experiments show that the electrode with the atom ratio of 1 : 1 between silver and mercury is more active for electrocatalytic hydrogenation of benzene. The current efficiency of the selected sample for converting benzene to cyclohexane was 39.68%.
