摘　　要：设计了具有对称结构、直通式进出水流道、独立横轴叶轮结构的SST技术机械式流量计,克服了单流束、多流束机械式流量计存在的堵塞、磨损、转速信号检测失灵、结垢问题。研制和生产了适用于供暖热计量的SST技术机械式热量表,耐久性实验及1个供暖期的实际使用表明,SST技术机械式热量表具有防堵塞、抗磨损、防结垢、低压损、稳定性高、精度高和安装灵活的性能,制造成本与其他机械式热量表相当。The mechanical flowmeter with symmetry structure, straight flow channel and stand alone transverse axis impeller set is designed. The problems including clogging, attrition, failure of rotational speed signal detection and scaling existing in single-jet and multi-jet mechanical flowmeters are overcome. The mechanical heat meter with SST technology which is suitable for heat-supply metering is developed and manufactured. The durable test and the practical use during one heating period show that the mechanical heat meter with SST technology has characteristics of anti-clogging, anti-attrition, anti-scaling, low pressure damage, high stability, high precision and flexible installation. Its manufacturing cost is equal to that of other mechanical heat meters.
