摘　　要：与元、清二朝相较,明朝治藏明显不具有元之刚性,其制度也不如清之严密,而是采取了相对缓和且颇具弹性的施政策略。致之之由是多方面的,明朝面临的北部边疆民族关系格局和统治民族主体上的差异,是一个非常重要的原因。Compared with that of the Yuan and the Ming dynasty, the policy for managing Tibet by the Ming dynasty as well as its system was much less rigid. The much more flexible strategies for im-plementing its policy by the Ming dynasty originated from several causes, of which a key factor was related to its different relations with the border nationalities in the North and its own difference as the ruling subject.
