摘　　要：并行测试能够显著提高自动测试系统的测试吞吐量和测试效率。采用基于ABBET分层的软件标准和双引擎机制组建支持并行测试的自动测试系统软件架构,围绕软件架构的层次化和模块化设计、引擎机制的实现等问题进行论述。Parallel test can increase the test thruput and efficiency of automatic test system significantly. The software standards of ABBET and the double-engine mechanism are adopted to design the software architecture, and the layer and module design of software, the realization of engine, and etc are presented,
