摘　　要：对油烟机辐射噪声进行了测量,频谱分析表明200Hz附近能量集中,该线谱来源于电机以及整机装配不良。听觉试验证明该线谱是"嗡嗡声"的主要根源,可以作为油烟机故障的判别特征之一。用生产线实际测量数据进行故障诊断,结果与听音员判断结果一致性在95%以上。Measurements of sound radiation of a range hood have been done in different conditions. Frequency spectrum analysis shows that there is a notable line spectrum of 200 Hz which is due to the motor fauh itself or the bad machine assembling. It is affirmed by hearing test that the sound of buzz is coming from 200 Hz which is an effective feature for fault diagnosis of a range hood. Tests of fault diagnosis are performed in which the data of sound radiation is measured from product line. The result is substantial agreement with the professional listener.
