摘  要:研究了利用光电薄膜和热电薄膜联合产电时的热传导问题。采用格林函数法得到了一维双层薄膜中温度分布的理论解。此外,针对多种实际应用场合下的特定环境条件,采用数值方法计算了薄膜中的温度分布,并进一步考察了热电层的工作效率。Heat conduction in a combined photoelectric and thermoelectric film for power generation was studied. A closed form analytical solution for a one-dimensional double-layer model based on the Green' s function method was obtained. Meanwhile, numerical calculations were performed on the temperature distribution in the films under several typical environmental conditions often encountered in many practical situations. The power generation efficiency of the thermoelectric film was then estimated.
