摘 要:利用TGA对甘蔗渣、花生壳、谷壳、松木屑等4种农林废弃物进行热重实验研究,并建立了生物质热解反应的表观动力学模型。实验研究发现:甘蔗渣的DIG曲线不同于其他3种生物质的DTG曲线.它呈现出两个明显的双峰形状。对于甘蔗渣,由于其DTG曲线的双失重峰,其动力学模型在低温段的反应级数为2.5,高温段则为1.5;其他3种生物质的热解动力学模型的反应级数为2.5。On the basis of TAG, experimental studies on biomass pyrolysis were performed, apparent kinetics model on biomass pyrolysis was developed; the model is different from first-order model performed by many investigators. Due to two loss-peak for bagasse, the reaction order in lower temperature phase of its model is 2.5; in higher temperature, the reaction order is 1.5, for other three biomass, the reaction order is 2.5. Besides, the effect of heating rate on kinetics parameters was considered, by kinetics compensation effect, the kinetics model of pyrolysis for four kinds of biomasses were evaluated.
