摘　　要：详细介绍了双耳托板自锁螺母冷镦技术的特点。对双耳托板自锁螺母进行了工艺分析、制订了冷镦工艺路线、计算了毛坯尺寸等。根据实践经验总结了毛坯的制备处理、冷镦模具结构设计及加工技术要求。The characteristics of the anchor Locking-nuts with twolug cold-forging technology was introduced in detail. The technological analysis was conducted, the cold-forging technology was formulated, and the blank dimension was calculated for the anchor locking-nuts with twolug. The preparation treatment of the blank, the structure design of the cold-forging die and the manufacturing technical requirements were generated basing on practice experience.
