带式输送机输送带的跑偏及自动纠偏研究

摘　　要：带式输送机是煤矿运输、煤炭洗选、冶金矿山运输、港口物料运输等许多工业领域的主要设备之一,而输送带跑偏是带式输送机运转过程中最常见的故障,严重影响设备的寿命及生产安全。文章就跑偏现象进行了分析,从结构设计角度提出了一系列自动纠偏措施,实践表明,自动纠偏措施对安全生产具有重要意义。Belt conveyor is main transportation equipment widely used in coal mine,coal preparation plant,metallurgical mine and harbors,and the side travel of belt is a trouble mostly occurred in operation of belt conveyors that seriously affected the working life of equipment and safety production.This paper analyzed each kind of side travel of belt and its reason,presents a series measures to correct side travel of belt on aspects of structure design,the application practice shows that the automatic correcting side travel measures is important to the safety production.
