摘　　要：随着中国经济的迅速发展,流动人口所占比例迅速增加,而流动人口中的艾滋病防治问题给社会带来了巨大压力;当前多数地区没有真正将流动人口中的艾滋病防治纳入属地化管理的现状,若不尽快从政策、体系和措施上予以积极应对,将会带来严重后果。必须通过艾滋病防治力度的加强和国家的合理部署,有效解决流动人口中艾滋病的防治难题。Along with the economic development in our country, the rate of nomadic population has increased rapidly. The prevention and treatment of the AIDS in the nomadic population is becoming a tremendous pressure to society. As the prevention and treatment of the AIDS in the nomadic population in most area is not really under the administration of local government at present, the problem should be solved effectively by strengthening the integrated anti-AIDS activities.
