摘 要:通过对含硫污泥进行菌种培养分离,筛选出具有氧化硫代硫酸盐能力的无色硫细菌,初步确定为那不勒斯硫杆菌.对其生长条件的实验研究表明该菌株生长繁殖迅速,对数期和稳定期较短,其最佳培养基和培养条件为:以C02为碳源,最适宜的pH为6.0~8.0,属中性菌,有一定的耐酸性;生长最适宜盐度范围为0~2%;最佳培养温度为33℃;在一定负荷条件下,溶解氧存在一个最佳值.在最佳培养条件下,该菌种对硫化物的去除率达到了99%以上,有较好的去除效果.实验结果对于开发含硫废水的生物处理方法具有重要的理论指导意义和实际应用价值.Colorless sulfur bacteria have been selected from the sludge of tannery by cultivation and separation, one of them was obtained with S2O3^2--oxidizing activity and the bacteria were identified as Thiobacillus neaplitanus. The experiment shows that the Thiobacillus neaplitanus grow rapidly with short logarithmic growth phase and stable phase. The optimum cultivated medium and culture conditions are as follows: with CO2 being the optimum carbon source, Thiobacillus neaplitanus may grow in the pH 6.0-8.0. They belong to neutral bacteria with good acid resistance, the most suitable salinity scope 0-2% and the most proper temperature 33 ℃. There is best DO value according as certain load. Under optimum culture conditions, the S2O3^2--oxidized efficiency was above 99%. This research will have great theoretic significance and practical value in the exploitation of biotechnological sulfide removal
