2004～2006年威海市12月份交通事故伤害资料分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解冬季交通事故伤害发生特点,为制定干预策略提供科学依据。[方法]对2004～2006年威海市12月份的交通伤害发生情况进行分析。[结果]3年的12月份,2005年交通事故发生率(1.24次/万辆)最低,但致死率最高(42.35%)。1日内事故好发时段在17:00～、6:00～7:59,2006年在20:00多1个高峰。事故发生率与事故伤亡率,2005年环翠区最高,2006年荣成市最高;2004年4市(区)相近。3年的323名伤亡人员中,男性占76.78%,女性占23.22%;0～9岁占2.48%,10～19岁占7.12%,20～29岁占16.41%,30～39岁占30.65%,40～49岁占17.65%,50～59岁占13.93%,60岁以上占11.76%;骑乘摩托车的占36.84%,步行的占24.46%,骑自行车的占15.17%;3年的265次交通伤害事故中,由机动车驾驶人、非机动车驾驶人、行人乘车人引起的分别占94.34%、4.15%、1.51%。[结论]暴雪天事故发生率最低,受伤人数最少,事故致死率高。[Objective]To Understand the characteristics of traffic injury in winter, provide scientific basis for designing interfering policy. [Methods]Road related injury in December in 2004,2005 and 2006 was analyzed. [Results] In December of the three years,the accident rate was the lowest in 2005 ,but the fatality rate was the highest. The higher risk hours in one day were 17：00-,6：00-7：00. The accident rate and casualties in Huancui district was the highest in 2005. The accident rate and casualties was the highest in Rongcheng City in 2006. The data is close in 2004. There were 323 injured or died people in three years,males accounted for 76.78%, females accounted for 23.22 %. age distribution： people aged from 0 to 9 accounted for 2.48% ,from 10 to 19 accounted for 7.12%,from 20 to 29 accounted for 16.41%,from 30 to 39 accounted for 30.65%,from 40 to 49 accounted for 17.65%,from 50 to 59 accounted for 13.93%,the people aged over 60 accounted for 11.76%. The mode of road injury： driving motorcycle accounted for 36.84%, walking accounted for 24.46%, bicycle riders accounted for 15.17 %. among 265 traffic injuries in Three years, the injury caused by the drivers of motor vehicles, by non-motor vehicles drivers, by pedestrians and passengers accounted for 94.34 %, 4.15 % and 1.51 respectively. [Conclusion]The accidents and casualty number were the lowest during snowstorm,but the fatality rate was the highest.
