摘　　要：本文对我国新兴的医学独立实验室,及其科研管理与科技开发等问题,结合自身特点进行探讨与分析。本中心学科建设有:标本接收室、临床生化室、卫生检验室、放射免疫室、基因诊断室、临床微生物室、细胞遗传室、组织病理室和细胞病理室等多个学科,以及质量控制体系、生物安全体系,在科研管理方面重视教育、培养人才,在科研协作大学设立"金域奖学金",为科技发展培养高级技术人才。The paper was in order to investigate into scientific and research management and new product exploit for the new devel- oping independent/commercial clinical laboratory. The subject construct included samples reception room, clinical biochemistry, analytical chemistry, radioimmunology, gene-based diagnostics, clinical microbiology, cytogenetics, histopathology and cytopathology, and quality control system and biological safety system, etc. In the Scientific management and education, it was established that Kingmed Scholarship in both cooperates university of Central-South University and Chongqing Medical University in order to training high-level personnel for scientific and technique development.
