摘　　要：以聚环氧丙烷二醇(PPG)、1,6-丁二醇(HDO)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)及丙烯酸β-羟乙酯(HEA)为主要原料合成水性聚氨酯大单体。用该水性聚氨酯大单体为表面活性剂,用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和交联单体等单体,以半连续乳液聚合工艺合成了核壳结构水性丙烯酸-聚氨酯杂化体。讨论了合成工艺对产品性能的影响。We have synthesized water-borne polyurethane macro- monomer from polyepoxypropane glycol, 1,6-butanediol, dimethylolpropanoic acid, toluene diisocyanate, and β -hyroxyethyl acrylate. With this macromonomer as surfactant, we adopted methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, β -hyroxyethyl acrylate, methacrylic acid and crosslinking monomer to synthesize acrylic/polyurethane hybrid system through the semi-continuous emulsion polymerization process. Then we discussed the influence of synthesis technology on product property.
