摘　　要：介绍了粉末涂料涂装抛丸前处理的优点、工艺情况,针对实际生产中存在的主要问题,从设备的设计、磨料的选择、工件抛丸输送速度的调节以及粉末涂装工艺的控制提出了具体控制方法,有效地提高了粉末涂层的装饰及防护作用。This paper introduces the advantages and technology of shot blast pretreatment for application of powder coatings： and focuses on the control methods of equipment design, abrasive selection, transportation speed adjust of work piece and application technology of powder, with the aim of improving the decoration and protection effect of powder coatings.
