摘 要:目的探索一种新的判定耳咽管功能的简便可靠手段。方法设对照组10名,轻度和重度航空性中耳炎患者各10名,慢性卡他性中耳炎患者10名,渗出性中耳炎患者11名。利用超微弱光探测技术,测定通过耳咽管的光通量,以确定耳咽管功能。并与低压舱检查和声阻抗试验相比较。结果耳咽管的开闭状态直接影响光通量;中耳炎患者的光通量明显地低于正常人;根据设想的数学模型,探讨了耳咽管开闭功能参数的计算方法。结论耳咽管功能的光通量测定方法灵敏、迅速和客观,是一种很有希望的判定手段。Objective To explore an easy and reliable method for assessing function of Eustachian tube. Methods In normal adults and patients suffering from various otitis media, the luminous fluxes through Eustachian tubes were measured by ultra weak luminescence detecting technique in comparison with the results of altitude chamber test and acoustic impedance test. Results The luminous fluxes through Eustachian tube were directly related to its state of opening or closing. The luminous fluxes in otitis media patients were significantly lower than those in normal adults. Based on a supposed mathematical model, the calculation of parameters of opening function of Eustachian tube was elaborated. Conclusion The luminous flux determination method for assessing Eustachian tube function is sensitive rapid, and objective, so it is a hopeful appraisal measure.
