摘  要:目的为了给航卫保障和座舱环控系统设计提供依据,我们探讨了高温、噪声、振动复合应激时人体血压和缩血管激素的改变。方法按均匀设计,11名健康男性青年完成19次试验。每次试验120min。由专人检测试验前后的收缩压、舒张压和4种缩血管激素。结果复合应激使受试者的舒张压、血管紧张素Ⅱ显著增加。肾素、醛固酮和内皮素则无显著性变化。结论①血管紧张素Ⅱ是引起受试者血压增高的重要因素。②噪声与高温、振动强度、振动频率之间对舒张压和血管紧张素Ⅱ有交互作用,噪声均为主效应。③高温对舒张压的作用为拮抗效应。高温和振动强度+振动频率对血管紧张素Ⅱ均表现为协同效应。Objective To provide basis for improving aeromedical support measures and design of cabin enviromental control system. Methods Eleven healthy youngmen served as subjects. Nineteen experiments of combined heat, noise and vibration were arranged using uniform design. Blood pressure and levels of angiotension Ⅱ(AT Ⅱ), renin (PRA), aldosterone (Ald) and endothelin (ET) were measured before and immediately after experiment. Results Diastolic pressure and AT Ⅱ level were significantly increased after combined stress exposure, while systolic pressure, PRA, Ald and ET levels did not show significant change. Conclusion The interaction between the enviromental factors and diastolic pressure tested by general line model showed that noise is the main factor causing the elevation of diastolic pressure and AT Ⅱ. Heat had effect on diastolic pressure antagonistic with noise. Heat and vibration had effect on AT Ⅱ synergetic with noise.
