摘　　要：根据建筑物外墙保温层产生裂缝的主要现象,分析了其裂缝发生的原因,以及裂缝对建筑物结构主体可能造成的危害,按照外保温墙体裂缝产生的原理及其抗裂机理,结合工程实践,提出了外保温墙体裂缝的设计原则和控制措施。According to the main rift phenomenon occurring in the skin insulating layers, this article analyses the reasons why the riffs occur and the damages the riffs may bring about to main body of building structures. Based on the principle of rift occurrence and rift resistance and combined with the project practice, the paper puts forward the designing principle and controlling measures to the heat preservation of the outside walls.
