摘 要:用连续波多普勒无创测算左室松弛时间常数T,方法复杂。假定左房压为2.66kPa时,T=1.18Δt,Δt为二尖瓣返流多普勒频谱减速肢上3m/s~1m/s的时间间期。选取二尖瓣返流患者30例,用本文公式测算T值与心导管法测定T值相对比,多普勒测算T值与心导管法测定T值显著相关。γ=0.85,s-x=13.21ms。The left ventricular relaxation time constant(T),can recently be noninvasively measured by continuous wave Doppler.However,the methods were complicated.We deduced the formular,T=1.18Δt,when LAP was assumed 2.66kPa where Δt was time interval from3m/s to1m/s on the descending limb of mitral regurgitation Doppler velocity curve.Thirty patients with mitral regurgitationg were selected for measurement of the T using this formula,contraled with immediate cardiac catheterization.There was a significant correlation between Doppler-derived T and catherter-derived T,r=0.85,s-x=13.21ms. The new formula is a simple,practical one for measurement of the T in patients with mitral regurgitation.
