多普勒测算左室松弛时间常数的研究

摘　　要：用连续波多普勒无创测算左室松弛时间常数Ｔ，方法复杂。假定左房压为２．６６ｋＰａ时，Ｔ＝１．１８Δｔ，Δｔ为二尖瓣返流多普勒频谱减速肢上３ｍ／ｓ～１ｍ／ｓ的时间间期。选取二尖瓣返流患者３０例，用本文公式测算Ｔ值与心导管法测定Ｔ值相对比，多普勒测算Ｔ值与心导管法测定Ｔ值显著相关。γ＝０．８５，ｓ－ｘ＝１３．２１ｍｓ。The left ventricular relaxation time constant(T),can recently be noninvasively measured by continuous wave Doppler.However,the methods were complicated.We deduced the formular,T=1.18Δt,when LAP was assumed 2.66kPa where Δt was time interval from3m/s to1m/s on the descending limb of mitral regurgitation Doppler velocity curve.Thirty patients with mitral regurgitationg were selected for measurement of the T using this formula,contraled with immediate cardiac catheterization.There was a significant correlation between Doppler-derived T and catherter-derived T,r=0.85,s-x=13.21ms. The new formula is a simple,practical one for measurement of the T in patients with mitral regurgitation.
