手振微泡子宫输卵管声学造影的临床研究

摘　　要：对３２例不孕妇女行手振微泡子宫输卵管声学造影，以探讨手振法制备的微泡造影剂的可靠性及安全性。结果显示手振微泡造影剂造影效果好，副作用小。我们认为手振微泡子宫输卵管声学造影是一种安全可靠的技术。In order to assess the reliability,safety of hand-agitated microbubbles,hysterosalpingosonograhpy with hand-agitated microbubbles was evaluated in 32 patients.The results indicated that hysterosalpingosonography with hand-agitated microbubbles had the following advantages:1.good effect;2.light and low side-effect(25%).It is considered that hysterosalpingosonography with hand-agitated microbubbles is a saft and reliable diagnostic method.
