摘　　要：节肢动物蜕皮素(节肢动物类固醇激素)是主要调节节肢动物发育的激素。蜕皮素具有多种生物学作用。现就蜕皮素的结构、在哺乳动物体内的代谢、蜕皮素受体、可诱导蜕皮素的基因表达系统以及蜕皮素的药理作用的相关研究作一综述。Arthropod steroid hormones （ecdysteroids） regulate the development of arthropods and probably many other invertebrates. Studies indicated that ecdysteroids have many biologic effects. The review is to summarise the structure, metabolism, receptor, gene expression system and pharmacological effects of ecdysteroids in mammalian.
