功能锻炼对神经根型颈椎病牵引推拿术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨功能锻炼对颈椎病牵引+推拿术后的疗效。方法选择70例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,行牵引推拿治疗后观察组40例配合功能锻炼,对照组30例仅行牵引推拿治疗。结果显示观察组较对照组治愈率高(P<0.05),疗程短(P<0.01)。随访1年,观察组治愈者复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论功能锻炼对于颈椎病的康复作用肯定,具有提高疗效、缩短疗程、预防复发的积极作用。Objectve To explore the effect of dirigation on treatment of traction-massage for cervical spondylosis. Methods 70 patients of cerevical spondylosis of the nerve root type were divided randomly into test group and control group. 40 cases in test group were treated by traction-massage combined with dirigation, 30 cases in control group were only treated by traction-massage. Results The curative rate of test group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）,and the course of treatment was shorter than control group（P〈 0.01）. It is indicated that relapse rate in test group was significantly lower than that of control after foUow-up 1 year（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dirigation can be drawn that dirigatin has positive effects on healing of cervical spondylosis with raising curative effects, shortening course of diseases and preventing relapes.
