摘　　要：美国在20世纪80年代提出了灌溉现代化这一新理念,并相应研究开发了灌区快速评估方法。灌溉现代化的主旨是灌区要为农民提供优质的供水服务。通过灌区快速评估方法,快速认识灌区和了解灌区,进而制定切实可行的灌溉现代化方案。介绍了灌区快速评估的基本框架,以期对我国灌区的现代化改造提供借鉴。Irrigation modernization is the concept raised by Americans in 1980s. Then the method of fast appraisal of irrigation district is developed. Irrigation modernization aims at providing high-quality water supply services by the irrigation district to farmers. Through the method of fast appraisal of irrigation district, the feasible options for the modernization of irrigation district can be worked out by better understanding of the irrigation districts. The paper introduced the basic framework of fast appraisal of irrigation district so as to be referenced in the re-modernization of irrigation districts in China.
