摘　　要：近10多年,漳河灌区在农业种植结构、灌溉用水量和灌溉管理等方面出现了一系列明显的变化,变化的主要原因是经济社会发展、国家政策调整、科学技术进步和农村改革等。这些变化对现有的渠道灌溉和水量调度运用方式产生了影响,针对这些问题,提出了思考与对策意见。In last ten years, a series of changes happened in plantation pattern, irrigated water use, irrigation methods and the main reasons are economic and social development, adjustment of national policy, science and technology advancement and reform in rural areas. These changes have significant impact on the present canal irrigation and method of water allocation. Therefore, measures and suggestions are presented.
