摘　　要：南南合作是人类发展史上的一个创举,是发展中国家之间的经济与技术合作。根据FAO、中国政府及尼日利亚政府的三方协议精神,在中方工程技术人员的不懈努力下,中尼南南合作水利工程建设取得了显著成效,富有中国特色的一批水利新工程、新技术、新方法在尼日利亚普遍开花结果,涌现出许多示范样板工程,明显改善了项目区农业灌溉基础设施条件,加快了尼日利亚粮食安全进程。组建一支作风顽强、技术过硬的援外水利队伍,发挥专家组的主导作用是项目成功的关键。South-South Cooperation is a pioneering undertaking in the history of human development and refers to economic and technical cooperation among developing countries. In accordance with three parties＇ agreement of FAO, Chinese Government and Nigerian Government and with endless efforts made by the Chinese engineers, great achievements have been made in water project construction through Sino-Nigeria cooperation. New project, technology and method with Chinese characteristics are popularized in Nigeria. Some demonstration projects are appearing that greatly improves the infrastructures for irrigated agriculture in the project area and fastens the process of food security in Nigeria. The Chinese assistance teams formed by hlghly-quallfled experts and making full play of the expert team is the key for the success of the project.
