城市风貌规划的理念与方法--兼议台州市路桥区城市风貌规划

摘　　要：认为城市风貌规划具有塑造城市个性、提高管理绩效、改良城市景观等作用。认为国内风貌规划起步较晚,目前存在着规划理念落后、分析方法主观、规划内容面面俱到、规划成果指导性不强等问题,严重影响了规划实施的可操作性。针对上述问题,试从规划理念、规划方法、规划内容、规划成果四个方面就如何提高风貌规划的可操作性加以探讨,并以台州市路桥区的城市风貌规划为例进行了实证分析。This paper points out that urban landscape planning can form urban characteristic, enhance urban management, and improve urban landscape. As urban landscape planning of China is developed late, it is now encountered with some problems such as backward planning concepts, subjective analysis methods, excessively- comprehensive planning content, and weak - guiding planning achievement and so on. These problems affect seriously the operability of planning implementation. Aiming at the problems mentioned above, this paper discusses on how to improve operability of landscape planning from four aspects such as planning concepts, planning methods, planning content, and planning achievement. Furthermore, it takes urban landscape planning of Luqiao District of Taizhou City for an empirical analysis.
