摘 要:为提高装备的通用性、保障性和设计灵活性,将模块化理论引入军用工程机械设计领域,选用典型军用轮式装载机齿轮传动系统,将现有模块化设计方法进行综合应用。首先运用系统分解和层次分析法对工程机械传动系统进行功能分析,确定其功能界定、功能层次和功能元;其次,运用基于信息流的方法对传动系统进行初步模块划分,对于未被划分到模块中去的功能元,将其与已划分的模块一并进行相关度分析,计算其相关度矩阵,根据该矩阵确定最终模块划分方案;最后,对理论上划分的模块与现有系统结构进行比较分析,模块划分方案将零散的零部件聚合为模块,提高了传动系统的模块化程度。研究表明,传动系统的模块化设计有助于实现整机的模块化和标准化,对其它装备的模块化设计具有参考价值。In order to increase universality, supportability and maneuverability of equipment, modular principle is introduced into design area of military construction machinery. Gear drive system on typical military wheel loaders is selected to apply current modular design method comprehensively. First, system decomposing and hierarchy analysis are applied to function analysis on drive system of construction machinery to determine its function boundaries, function hierarchies and function units. And then, a preliminary module assignment is carried out on the drive system with an information flow based method and for function units that are not assigned into modules, relativity degree analysis is conducted together with assigned modules and relativity degree matrix is calculated; the last module assignment scheme is determined according to the matrix. Finally, the theoretically assigned modules are analyzed and compared with existing system structures. With module assignment, scattered parts and components are integrated into modules and modularization degree of the drive system is increased. The research shows that modular design of drive system benefits the realization of modularization and standardization of the basic machine and features referential value for modular design of other equipment.
