摘　　要：大型矿用自卸车作业效率高,运营成本低,具有中小型设备无法比拟的优势,因而广泛应用于大型露天矿山。矿用自卸车载重量大、行驶速度高,对制动性能要求很高,而且电传动矿用自卸车的前后制动压力、流量差别较大,因此设计了新型全液压制动系统。该系统采用带液控功能的双路踏板阀作为先导阀,继动阀作为主阀,组成双路工作制动系统,通过电磁阀液控踏板阀来实现紧急制动,电磁阀液控后继动阀间接锁定后制动器来实现制动锁定;停车制动为弹簧施加、电磁阀控制液压解除,并设置单向阀、压力开关和速度传感器,防止停车制动器意外施加。系统分为多条油路,并设置各自的隔离单向阀、蓄能器和油路调节器,保证系统在部分油路故障的情况下能够安全停车,即实现次级制动。另外系统设置了多个压力开关,实现与推进互锁和压力低报警,并采用顺序阀液控踏板阀,实现在制动压力低报警一段时间后自动施加所有制动器。Huge mining dumper features high work productivity and low operation cost. It presents the incomparable advantages against small and medium sized equipment and is therefore widely used in large open mine. Because of high loads and travel speeds, mining dumpers have very stringent requirements on braking performance. For electric drive dumper, a new type of fully hydraulic braking system is designed due to its big differences between front and rear in braking pressures and flow rates. In the system, dual circuit foot pedal valve with hydraulic control function is adopted as pilot valve and relay valve as host valve to compose a dual circuit service braking system. Emergency braking is realized by solenoid valve controlled hydraulic foot pedal valve. Solenoid valve hydraulically controls the rear relay valve to indirectly lock rear brake to realize brake locking. The braking is spring applied and hydraulically released through solenoid valve control; check valve, pressure switch and speed sensor are equipped to prevent accidental engagement of the brake. The system is divided into multiple circuits and each is equipped with isolating check valve, accumulator and circuit adjuster to ensure safe braking under the situation of partial circuits failures, i.e. to realize secondary braking. Besides that, multiple pressure switches are installed to realize interlocking with the drive and to actuate low pressure alarm; foot pedal valve controlled by sequence valve is used to realize automatic engagement of all brakes for a while after low braking pressure alarm.
