摘 要:免拆保温墙模复合剪力墙的研发为保温节能住宅的发展开辟了新的道路。通过建立符合实际工作情况的三维空间有限元模型,利用有限元软件ANSYS对该结构体系试验楼进行结构抗震动力分析。结构抗震验算中,采用振型分解反应谱法进行地震作用下结构强度验算,采用时程分析法进行弹性变形计算,找到该结构的破坏模式,同时建立传统剪力墙模型与试验楼模型进行对比。分析结果表明保温墙模带缝剪力墙结构较普通剪力墙结构自重减轻、自振频率减小,因而减轻了结构的地震作用反应。在小震作用下,该结构体系弹性层间位移角很小,结构抗侧刚度大,抗震能力较强。该文研究结果可以为设计安全、经济、适用的结构提供理论依据。The presentation of the slitted shear wall structure with the heat preservation formwork has blazed a new way in the development of energy saving building system. Based on the three-dimensional finite element model, the seismic dynamic analysis on the slitted shear wall structured building was conducted by using ANSYS software. The structural strength under the earthquake loading was checked by using a response spectrum method. The elastic deformation of the structure under the earthquake loading was calculated by using the time-history analytic method to find out the failure type of the structure. Meanwhile, the shear wall model was established to contrast with the experimental building structure model. The result shows that this new type of the structure can reduce its self-weight and frequency, and in turn, to moderate the structure reaction to earthquake. The elastic story drift was very slight in the case of frequently occurred earthquake, so the new structure has stronger stiffness and lesser lateral displacement, and also has stronger capacity of seismic resistance than the shear wall structure. The conclusions may be used as a reference for the safe, economical and applicable house design.
