摘 要:针对污水处理厂和化工厂排放的硫化氢(H2S)和氨气(NH3)严重污染环境并威胁人居健康的情况,以H2S和NH3混合臭气为研究对象,考察小试规模的改进型生物滴滤塔对H2S和NH3的脱臭效能及两者的相互影响.试验结果表明,该装置对H2S和NH3去除效果较好,在循环液喷淋量为10 L/s,气体流量为400 L/s的情况下,H2S容积负荷为68.2 g/(m3.h)时,去除率为99.2%;NH3容积负荷为10.53 g/(m3.h)时,去除率达到99.5%.而H2S和NH3之间的相互作用对两者的去除效果没有明显的影响,除非长时间通NH3和H2S混合气且相对质量浓度较高的情况.推测认为是高负荷条件导致生物膜中的功能微生物种群发生变动,从而引起NH3和H2S去除效率变化.Tor remove hydrogen sulfide and ammonia discharged from sewage plant and chemical industry, an improved bio-trickling reactor packed with a new designed cross-flow type carrier was developed. Lab-scale tests were carried out to investigate the efficiency of H2S and NH3removal, as well as the interaction between H2S and NH3 on their removal in this reactor. The experimental results demonstrated that the highest removal rate of H2S and NH3could reach 99.2% and 99.5% respectively under the conditions of cycled liquid flow of 10 L/h, gas flow of 400 L/h, H2S loading rate of 68.2 g/(m^3 · h) and NH31oading rate of 10.53 g/(m^3 · h). It is found that the interaction between H2S and NH3 has little influence on their removal degree except that it is under high loading rate and long time operating. The proposed reason might be ascribed to the functional populations shift under that conditions, which resulted in the variation of H2S and NH3 removal rates.
