摘  要:为促进高铁酸盐在水处理中的应用,改善其稳定性,采用KOH在65℃条件下制备出高Fe(VI)浓度、低碱度、强稳定性的复合高铁酸盐溶液,并采用分光光度法研究氧化剂和金属盐掺杂物质对其稳定性的影响.结果表明:向复合高铁酸盐溶液中掺杂K2S2O8、KI、NaClO3和NaSiO3时对Fe(VI)起稳定促进作用,而KMnO4对Fe(VI)有强烈的催化分解活性.Al盐在低浓度时对Fe(VI)的稳定性影响不大,当浓度升高时表现出一定的催化分解作用.Zn2+、Mg2+、Fe3+、Ca2+、Cu2+金属盐均对Fe(VI)有催化分解作用,并且浓度升高,催化分解作用加剧.其中Al3+、Zn2+、Fe3+的硫酸盐对Fe(VI)的催化分解作用大于氯化物;而对于Mg2+,其氯化物对Fe(VI)的催化分解作用大于硫酸盐.In order to promote the application of ferrate in water treatment and to improve the stability of Fe(Ⅵ), composite ferrate solution was prepared with KOH at 65 ℃, which has virtues of high Fe(Ⅵ) concentration, light OH^- concentration, strong oxidation and stability; and its stability influenced by impurities of oxidants and metal salts was studied through spectrophotometric method. The results show that K2S2O8, KI, NaClO3 and NaSiO3 can improve the stability of Fe (Ⅵ) , while KMnO4 can accelerate the decomposition of Fe(Ⅵ). Al^3+ has little effect on Fe(Ⅵ) at light concentration, but it will catalyze the decomposition rate of Fe(Ⅵ) when its concentration increases. Zn^2+ ,Mg^2+ ,Fe^3+ ,Ca^2+ and Cu^2+ can accelerate the decomposition rate of Fe (Ⅵ) , and the catalysis is enhanced with the increase of concentrations. The catalysis of the sulfates of Al^3+ , Zn^2+ and Fe^3+ is greater than that of chloride' s. While the chloride of Mg^2+ has great catalytic activity on Fe (Ⅵ) than that of sulfate' s. The achieved results provide methods for improving the yield and stability of composite ferrate solution.
