摘 要:通过考察研究短梗菝葜药材性状和显微特征,并采用TLC鉴别短梗菝葜中的薯蓣皂苷元、HPLC法测定短梗菝葜中薯蓣皂苷元的含量。结果表明不同产地的短梗菝葜在与对照品薯蓣皂苷元色谱相应的位置上,均显相同颜色的斑点;薯蓣皂苷元在1.08~5.40μg(r=0.999)呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率99.3%、RSD=0.63%(n=5);不同产地的短梗菝葜平均含薯蓣皂苷元0.039%。本方法简便快速、灵敏度高、重复性好、准确可靠,可作为短梗菝葜质量控制标准。Through researching the morphologic characters and the character of microscopic feature of the medicine plants, TLC method was used to identify the diosgenin of smilax scobinicaulis C. H. wright, HPLC method was used to determination of the marterials. The results showed that the different region prepsrstions had the same chromatograms location as the control sample, moreover they displayed the same colour spot. Results showed a good linear relationship of diosgenin within a range of 1. 0845.04μg (r=0. 999). The average recovery was 99.3%, RSD was 0.63% (n=5) . The different region average content of disogenin was 0. 039%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible and suitable for content determination of the .smilax scobinicaulis C. H. wright.
