抗高血压药物门诊处方用药分析

摘　　要：通过了解本院抗高血压药物的利用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。抽取我院2006年每月15日(共12天)的门诊处方19791张,对其中含有抗高血压药物的处方2699张进行统计分析。发现降压药在本院门诊用药中占重要地位;钙拮抗剂类药物使用频率最高;联合用药情况在高血压处方中占一定比例。结果表明,本院门诊抗高血压药物使用情况基本合理。To investigate and analyze the status quo of use of antihyertentive drug in our hospital in order to provide evidence for rational drug use. The 15th day of every month in 2006 was elected. 19791 outpatient prescriptions were surveyed. 2699 prescriptions contained antihyertentive drugs were analyzed. Antihyertentive drugs attained important position in out-patient drug use. The most frequent drugs was CCB and drug combination was prevailed. The result showed that the application of antihyertentive drugs in our hospital was rational on the whole.
