摘 要:为解决热连轧机支承辊辊身端部剥落问题,在深入分析剥落机理的基础上,提出辊间接触压力以均匀分布为目的的支承辊辊型设计。模拟计算和生产试验结果表明,采用文中所述的辊型优化设计技术可使辊间接触压力均匀分布,降低辊身端部压力峰值,消除端部剥落现象。该方法不仅为轧机支承辊辊型的设计与改造提供了理论依据,且优化辊型也具有进一步推广应用价值。For the sake of working out a solution on the problem of peeling off at the end of supporting roller body of continuous hot rolling mill and on the basis of deep analyzing the peeling off mechanism, the supporting roller model design, which takes the uniform distribution of the contact pressure between the rollers as an aim, has been put forward. The simulative calculation and result of productive experiment showed that by adopting the designing technology of roller model optimization stated in this paper could cause a uniform distribution of contact pressure between rollers lower the peak pressure value at the end of roller body and eliminate the phenomena of end peeling off. This method not only provided theoretical basis on the design and reformation for the supporting roller model of rolling mill but also make the optimized roller model be able to possess application value of further popularization.
