摘 要:介绍了托森差速器的工作原理和转矩分配原理,建立了托森差速器转矩分配的动力学模型,定性分析了锁紧系数和转矩比随输入转速比的变化规律。托森差速器充分利用了蜗轮蜗杆机构高内摩擦的特点,在输入不同转速比时,能自动调节锁紧系数和转矩比,提高了汽车的通过性和行驶平顺性。The working principle of torsion typed differential gear and distribution principle of torque were introduced, and the dynamics model of the torque distribution of torsional differential gear was established: The rule for the variation Of locking coefficient and torque ratio that varies along with the inputting ratio of rotational speed was qualitatively analyzed. While different ratios of rotational speed were inputted, the torsional differential gear. could adjust the locking coefficient and the torque ratio automatically by taking full advantageous of the characteristics of higher inner friction of worm and worm wheel mechanism and thus enhanced the steering ability and running easement of automobile.
