摘　　要：论述了航空用预浸纤维带铺放机构的工作原理及设计方法。采用集成化设计概念,将铺放机的放料、除膜、张力控制、施压、剪切等必要装置集中组成铺放头机构;提出了铺层规划理念,通过840D控制铺放头按规划的轨迹运动以实现铺层;采用位置环、速度环、电流环等控制,完成对伺服电机的位置、速度、电流的调节作用,实现了铺放头的精确定位。The working principle and designing method of aviation presoaked fibrous belt spreading down mechanism were expounded. By adopting the integration designing concept, let the necessary devices, material discharging, membrane removing, tension control, pressure exertion and shearing etc. , to be composed in concentration a placement head mechanism. The programming concept of layer spreading was brought forward, through 840D to control the placemerit head and according to the programmed track movement to achieve the layer spreading. By adopting the controls of position loop, velocity loop and electric current loop etc. to accomplish the adjusting action on the position, speed and current of the servo-motor, thus realized an accurate positioning of placement head.
