摘　　要：农业产业化经营中，分散的农户如何走向市场，解决比较效益低的问题，产业化运作的组织形式是关键。提出了“股份农业合作社”的构想，从其产权结构、实施的前提条件以及具体实施模式三个方面加以创新。股份农业合作社作为农业产业化经营中一种新型的组织形式，在条件成熟的地区实施，必将使企业与农户两方面的积极性都得到充分发挥，大大提高农民组织化程度，解决农业小生产与大市场之间的矛盾，从而推动我国农业的市场化进程。In agricultural industrial production management, how does the disperser peasant household move towards the market to solute the low comparison benefit, the industrial production operation organization form is a key, This article proposes ＂stock agricultural cooperative＂ conception, innovate from the property right structure, the implementation prerequisite as well as the concrete implementation pattern. As one kind of the new organization forms in agricultural industrial production management, implementated in ripe area, the stock agricultural cooperative will certainly cause the enthusiasm of the enterprise and the peasant household display fully, enhance the farmer＇s organization degree greatly, solute the contradiction between agriculture small-scale production and big market, and impel agricultural marketability advancement in our country.
