摘　　要：文章给出了国际科学技术数据委员会(简称CODATA)向全世界推荐的一组2006年基本物理常数及转换因子自洽数值.这组数据代替了先前推荐的2002CODATA基本物理常数组.从上一次平差的截止日期2002年12月31日到这一次平差的截止日期2006年12月31日,尽管只过了4年的时间,实验和理论上一系列进展使我们对这些常数的知识有了显著改善.This paper gives the 2006 self - consistent set of values of the fundamental physical constants and conversion factors recommended by the Committee on Data for Science and Technology （CODATA） for international use. This set replaces the previously recommended 2002 CODATA set. Although only four years have elapsed between the 31 December 2002 and 31 December 2006 closing dates of the two adjustments, a number of advances in experiment and theory have led to significant improvements in our knowledge of the values of the constants
