摘 要:通过正交设计的方法,研究了十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)-正丁醇-正庚烷-水四组分组成的微乳液对铬(Ⅵ)-二苯卡巴肼(DPC)显色体系的影响,得到最佳增敏条件。结果表明:与水(ε=4.06×104L·mol-1·cm-1)及相同含水量的SDS胶束(ε=3.97×104L·mol-1·cm-1)相比,SDS微乳液对铬(Ⅵ)-DPC显色体系有较好的增敏作用,表观摩尔吸光率ε=8.07×104L·mol-1·cm-1,测定灵敏度显著增加。方法用于面漆中铬(Ⅵ)的测定,测得平均回收率为97.2%。Effect of a microemulsion composed of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), n-butanol, n-heptane and water on the color reaction of Cr(Ⅵ ) with diphenylcarbazide (DPC) was studied and its reaction conditions were optimized by the method of orthogonal design. As shown by the experimental results, highest sensitivity was obtained when the color reaction was carried out in the presence of the above mentioned microemulsion, giving a molar absorptivity of (ε545)8.07×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1, which was larger than the molar absorptivity of the same color reaction in common water medium (ε545= 4. 06×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1), and in SDS-H2O medium (ε545 = 3. 97×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1). In its application to the determination of chromium( Ⅵ ) in lacquer samples, an average recovery of 97. 2% was obtained.
