摘 要:研究了铝合金基体和合金中铝元素的看谱分析方法。对铝合金可见光谱线的激发方法及条件进行了试验探索。讨论了分析线和比较线的选取并摄制了相应的彩色图谱。结果可用于铝合金基体和合金中铝元素的定性和半定量看谱分析工作,能满足铝合金材料牌号鉴别的需求。A method of visual spectroscopic analysis of aluminum alloys for their componental elements was studied and reported. Method and parameters of excitation of aluminum alloys and their analytical spectral lines emitted in the visible spectral region were experimentally investigated. Selection of analytical spectral lines of the analyte and the internal standard was discussed and typical color spectrograms of alloying elements of aluminum alloy were taken. The proposed method was feasible to be used in qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of aluminum alloys for the alloying elements, as well as for the identification of the designation and code of the alloys.
