摘  要:脱氧核糖核酸(Deoxyribonucleicacid┤─简写为DNA)是生物的主要遗传物质,它的结构和功能的研究,已成为分子生物学发展最为迅速的课题。本文研究的目的,在于观察将脱氧核糖核酸添加于化妆品基质中临床疗效,以“郁美净”SOD抗衰老霜为对照,将155人分为两组,其中包括老、中、青三种类型人,一组使用SOD抗衰老霜,另一组使用添加DNA的化妆品基质,经过历时一个月的试验表明,此两种霜剂均有延缓衰老,防止皱纹增生和皱纹变平,减退面部色素斑和粉刺等效果。但DNA霜剂抗衰老效果更为显著,有效率(P<0.01)高于SOD霜剂。可使皮肤变为柔嫩,光洁,皱纹变平,增白等。效果显著。The main genetic material of organism is DNA. The studies on structure and function of DNA have become the branch developing most repidly of Molecular Biology.The research airns at observing the clinical curative effect of adding DNA into cosmetics. Compared with Yu Mei Jin SOD antiageing nourish cream, we devided 155persons which included the old, the middle-aged person and the youth into 2 groups, one group used 'Yu-Mei-Jin' SOD anti-aging nourish cream, the other used DNA antiaging nourish cream, for a month's test. The clinical tests indicated that the 2 kinds of creams both can keep skin delicate, reduce wrinkles, freckles, senile plagues and acnes. But the DNA anti-ageing nourish cream was more efficacious, the rate of validity (P<0.01) was higher than 'Yu-Mei-Jin' SOD cream. It can help the skin look softer, cleaner, smoother and whiter.All these indicate that DNA anti-aging nourish cream has remarkable effect on anti-aging. Few reports on DNA cosmetics have heen seen, many people think a very high value on DNA cosmetics.
